		<description>oof.  well keep at it, it&#039;s a nice little blog.  just thought i&#039;d say that  i noticed on the southwark website that the st george application has been refused under delegated powers, which means the officers didn&#039;t even put it to the planning committee.  if this is true, st george will now probably appeal, this can take up to two years at the moment. or they may resubmit revised proposals.  i&#039;ve emailed the case officer for details - will post them here if i get a reply.</description>
