Back, not in Black

Published by Peter | Filed under General

Back in the country, and thanks very much to everyone for not burgling my flat in my absence - although I was expecting a pair of trainers in the post and they haven’t turned up, so maybe they got stolen. If you see a postman wearing a pair of Black Spots, please let me know.

Too soon for Camberwell news, although I notice that the old 36 Routemaster buses have been replaced by new ones. I’m a little sad to see them go, although the old style was so crowded that it was almost impossible to get on it in the mornings, so maybe now I won’t be late for work so often. Judging by this morning, however, maybe I will.

300 comment spams waiting to be authorised. Something’s got to change.

    Nice shoes man.

  2. ben patio Says (#1213):

someone told me that the reason they’re finally phasing out the routemasters is that london underground can’t afford the millions they’re paying out each year in compensation to people who fall off the back of them… including most recently an american negligence litigation expert.

  3. Cheeks Says (#1215):

I also heard that, from one of the conductors on the 36 a few weeks ago.
