Welcome to the Camberwell Online blog, a place for free and spirited exchange on anything with even a tangential connection to the South-East London district.

Best readers ever

Published by Peter | Filed under General

So I’m back from my holiday (last weekend, as it goes, but I’m on a semi-hiatus at the moment) and without any news to report; luckily for me, I have the best-informed readers ever. So please see the comments section to the previous post for news on:

  • The illegal advertising hoarding on Camberwell Green
  • A new 141-flat development on Station Road
  • The overdue demolition of the Aylesbury estate

Thanks, readers; if you see me around, say hello and I’ll buy you a pint (or something).

Oh, for anyone who hasn’t seen it yet, the former Bee’s Auto Parts is now a soon-to-be-open restaurant called ‘The Flying Fish’. Fish & chips takeaway at the front, fish restaurant at the back. I’ll be reviewing it forthwith.

Hiya! I’m Hannah and used to live in Camberwell. I really miss it! We moved to Kent 3 years ago this September. I had lived in Camberwell since I was a baby and moved when I was at the end of Year 7 at my secondary school (JAGS, Dulwich) I was just looking for stuff going on for John Peel Day, and I noticed you had a review about the ‘BRB’ (whatever you call it now)who are holding a night. I’d just like to say I will be coming back here to read more blogs!
