Florence is tortoise shell pattern coloured — white, ginger and black mixture (see http://tinyurl.com/2kl3wk) so theres potential for distinctive looking kittens.

Speaking of reproduction our lovely cat Florence is pregnant — would anyone be interested in giving a loving home to kittens?

We reckon she is due to give birth in mid-June so they would be available in mid-August

A pair of randy pigeons used to put on live shows outside our kitchen window; they were the nice wood pigeons though, not the nasty grey urban pigeons.

Recently a pair of foxes went at it in the street outside our flat. Love is in the air.

There’s a pair of randy pigeons (rats with wings)on my balcony. They’re constantly at it in the soft May sunshine high above the treetops and towerblocks. It’s most touching. And dead romantic.

Is there no word of anything nice at the moment? In Lucas Gardens, the last of the dandelion clocks are blowing away in the breeze, telling us that if we just sit and scorn, we will dissolve in our own bile, or worse.

According to the Bonkersfest website (www.bonkersfest.com) Camberwell Green has always been the scene of ‘unconventional’ behaviour, as their website notes — one historical source puts it (referring to the Camberwell Green Fair), “For these three days the residents of Camberwell were compelled to witness disgusting & demoralising scenes which they were powerless to prevent”. In 1855 recently arrived, wealthy residents of the town. (normals) clubbed together to buy the Green, ending the fair and turning Camberwell Green into a public park.”

Given that the replacement for the old shit house on Camberwell Green is probably being managed by Southwark Council perhaps an “Ivory Tower” would seem appropriate for the site?

I saw men pouring porridge with blackcurrants, my favourite, into the foundations of the new convenience memorial. It looked lovely, slopping about, all grey-green in colour. I almost dived in!
